The Monday Piece - Luxury Spring Basics
This week's Monday Piece is on luxury spring basics! I've been spying a few classic, luxury pieces and selected my faves for the fresh Spring weather. Sticking to neutral colours like camel, black and white, and adding a little red to brighten it up slightly - but not too much ha! Still loving sporty vibes so the New Balance and Nike shorts are heading to the top of my want list, as well as the notorious cashmere Burberry scarf. Gimme.

The Monday Piece - Alexander Wang Chastity Clutch Bag
This week's Monday Piece is on this Alexander Wang Chastity Clutch bag! Nick took me away for the weekend to The Cotswolds to celebrate Valentine's, and the rascal surprised me with some incredibly beautiful treats...this Alexander Wang bag being one of them! My love for Mr. Wang and his sleek, modern styles is never ending, and the Chastity bag in lime and black textured leather is pretty darn cool! I wear a lot of black...obviously...so this is different enough to a little personality to an otherwise classic look - ohhhh i just love it! I wore it out on Saturday night for a yummy meal with a black long sleeved tight midi dress and strappy patent heels so it was ideal, it can be held in different ways as the loop strap can be moved up and down the zip - i'm a sucker for a practical feature. Such an immense surprise...thank youuuu Nick!

The Monday Piece - Catch Up
This week's Monday Piece is a catch up! I haven't done one in a little while so thought i'd pop up some pics of what i've been up to - which as you can see is essentially eating out and such! I've been fairly busy going to the gym and spa, hanging out and spending time with Nick. It's been good to have chilled weekends doing fun stuff like shopping, going out and mooching about! See below what's been going on :).

The Monday Piece - The Fort Birmingham Blogger Challenge
This week's Monday Piece is on The Fort blogger challenge! Last weekend i popped over to The Fort shopping park just outside Birmingham for a blogger challenge where i was given £50 in vouchers to create an outfit. I'd not been before so checked out their website to see what stores they have - lots of my high street faves including H&M, Topshop, River Island and New Look. It's laid out like a big outdoor retail park, and has food places and coffee shops as well as high street clothes shops, so it's easy to spend the day their shopping and chilling!
I was determined to get a full outfit for £50 so started by looking at shoes, i found these boots in New Look for only £14 so thought they were a bargain and obviously fairly classic, so i snapped them up! I then spotted this chiffon split side tunic in River Island which i loved straight away as it's kind of asymmetric and the double layered fabric is a bit different - it was £30 which is reasonable though didn't leave me much left to get some trousers. So H&M came up with the goods with these extra thick legging type trousers, and they were only £5.99 bringing my outfit total to £49.99. I think i've done quite well, and it shows you can get a whole outfit for £50 so it's pretty cool! I'd recommend The Fort, it's easy to get to, has lots of shops, tasty places to eat - i had a Nando's and Costa in between shopping - so do check it out if you live in The Midlands or the surrounding area!
Also The Fort are currently running a competition where you can win £50 to spend there, click here here for full details - it's mega easy to enter, like one of the three outfits created by the bloggers on facebook, or retweet or favourite on twitter and that's it, you'll be in with a chance of winning :).
