What I wore today - Lashes of London unicorn shorts

I've been waiting a life time (one week) to wear these incredible unicorn shorts from Lashes of London, here they are in all their glory, the fabric is like really thick, soft chiffon and the little unicorns are purple - plus they have neon yellow ties and pocket details! They're just too cute, and so light so perfect for days like today - its sunny and I've got a day off work, hooray. The neon bikini I bought from Primark matches the shorts too, now all I need is a beach and a cocktail to go with them. This Wildfox t-shirt is one I always go back too, and I thought the Paul's Boutique satchel would add a bit more colour to the party! I've just got back from town where I met my mum and sister for coffee outside which was yum, then this afternoon I've got errands to run and a needy guinea pig on my hands.
I hope you're enjoying the sun today, I'd love to know what you think of the unicorn shorts :)

What I wore today - Bank aztec top

Well this tiny pocket of sun lasted about 4 minutes and now it's raining...again...boo! Nevermind, that's what you get for living in the UK! My girlie streak continues, with this pastel coloured outfit and matching nails, wearing my Tod's kicks too which are some of the most comfortable shoes i've ever had - they were a little pricey but i think it's worth it for shoes, and i always stand by my motto of 'quality over quantity'. This vest top is from Bank fashion and is an absolute steal at only £12.00 in the sale, they have lots of treats online and in store with other Summery things now in the sale too!
I hope you like my outfit :)

What I wore today - Bank striped pinafore dress

Ooh i feel all girly in todays outfit, a little striped pinafore from BANK fashion with a pink tie dye t-shirt underneath, but i like it! Although i wear a lot of black and white i do love colour and a little bit of pink is always welcome in my monochrome wardrobe. I had quite a busy bank holiday, popped over to Birmingham on Saturday - didn't realise it was Gay Pride so the streets were heaving, but the carnival esque atmosphere was amazing and it was pretty cool to see people's outfits! Saturday evening i went to see my Mum and brother, Sunday went for coffee and enjoyed the sun, then yesterday went to Westfield Merry Hill where i found some amazing sandals in Primark - i'm fussy when it comes to footwear, they always have to be comfortable and have an element of practicality about them, i think sandals and flip flops are particularly hard to buy for as they can be made of weird materials and feet are odd things as it is so they've got to be 'right'! I had to go to the opticians again today, having problems with my contact lenses, I genuinely have the eyesight of a bat/mole/tiny eyed creature which is annoying!

The Monday Piece - This is My Hustle clothing

I hope you've had a good bank holiday weekend. Today's Monday Piece is on This is My Hustle, a new clothing brand specialising in t-shirts and vests. This is My Hustle is a clothing line that represents a certain way of thinking - they have a philosophy - "For the longest time word hustle has been associated with crime or illegal ways of getting money, but we're here to change that. If you work 9-5 that's your hustle, if you're a parent or are a student, that's your hustle. As long as you work towards bettering yourself, your situation, or those around you then you're a hustler. If you refuse to fail or be beaten then tell people that 'this is my hustle'" - I love this philosophy as I'm all about positivity, and the clothing has definitely got that kind of 'attitude' about it. I'm wearing a classic This is My Hustle tee, the men's version as i like an oversized fit, but ladies sizes are also available! Worn with my New Era Chicago Bulls beanie, and shiny disco leggings from The Hut (who have just launched an amazing women's clothing department here) it's an easy outfit perfect for lazy days.
You can see the full range of TIMH products, here. TIMH are also on twitter @ThisIsMyHustle
I hope you like how I've styled the t-shirt :)

Pretavoir sunglasses

I hope you're enjoying the sun this Sunday! Today's post is all about Pretavoir.co.uk a worldwide provider of designer sunglasses! If, like me, you cannot live without your sunglasses, come rain or shine, then this is the site for you. Pretavoir offer the best possible eye care service, at fantastic low prices, often lower than the high street competitors. You can find spectacle glasses, as well as sunglasses, by top brands such as Chanel, Dior and RayBan. They have become well known for their first class service and guaranteed authenticity across all of the products. Sunglasses orders are processed same day and each order is secure, recorded and traceable so there's no need to worry about lost or missing mail. Overseas customers also qualify for free shipping!
There is so much choice, but I chose the Dior Mitza 2 frames.I was drawn to the oversized cat eye shape and classic detailing with gold hardware - as well as classic styles like these, Pretavoir also stock the brand new exclusive styles. I have such poor eyesight and wear specs/glasses everyday, so I'm always conscious of ensuring my eyes are well looked after, especially when it's sunny - it's worth investing in a pair of sunglasses that provide the high quality care that everyone's eyes deserve! Upon arrival they were packaged tightly, and discretely, with the Dior presentation box, the sunglasses case, cleaning cloth, pouch and authenticity document. This is a service and website I will definitely use in the future, you can see the full range of products here.

What I wore today - AX Paris tie dye skirt

I couldn't wait to try this tie dye skirt on, i don't often wear skirts so thought it'd be nice to try a new trend - maxi skirts. This one is from AX Paris and has a cheeky split up the side and a stretchy ruched effect which is flattering for girls with wide hips and short legs like me, hoooray! It's a bargain at only £20, and i think it'll look cute with some flip flops when i'm brave enough to bare my tootsies. I wanted to keep things simple so wore my chunky boots and white vest, my hairs looking a little straggly so may need to give it a little chop soon - it tends to go quite fluffy, especially as i don't have a decent pair of straighteners!
Are you a fan of maxi skirts?

What I wore today - Paul's Boutique hoodie

I hope you're having a good week so far, this morning i had a hospital appointment to check up on my coeliac disease (gluten intolerance), my doctor looked about 12 so i was a little apprehensive but it seemed ok, had a few blood tests which is always what i want first thing in the morning...i'm just kidding and need to man up as it really wasn't that bad! I wanted something easy and comfy, which meant i got to wear this new Paul's Boutique hoodie - it is so snuggly and soft, it has a bones logo on the front and leopard print sleeves so it's a bit jazzier than a normal plain hoodie! Of course i also wore my shiny disco pants to glam it up a little, the new range of hoodies is pretty awesome, i've got my eye on this tie dye pastel version - it's just too cool. It comes in a t-shirt too if you wanted something a little more Summery (whatever that word means anymore). Regardless, every girl needs a printed hoodie in their lives, oh, and a good supply of hats!
I hope you like my casual outfit :)

The Monday Piece - Paul's Boutique

This week's Monday Piece is on Paul's Boutique - this is a pretty famous brand that i'm sure most of you would have heard of, they offer an enormous range of handbags, hoodies, watches, amongst other things, and in recent months have undergone a huge transformation! I can remember lusting after the bright printed bags as a teen, it's crazy to think the brand have been around since 2002 but times have changed - on their website you can still find the awesome, unique pieces that i wanted when i was youger, but now the selection is more mature, more simple, more grown up...more amazing! The new range of satchels, and a luxury leather range too, has widened the audience of Paul's Boutique, there really is something for everyone.
This fabulous satchel is milky in colour, with electric blue strap and detailing, it comes with a cute but discreet bow charm that has the Paul's Boutique symbol on, it's all leather too so definitely has that luxurious feel to it, plus it's only £50 which i think is so reasonable for a leather bag. The size is just right, and perfect for slinging over my shoulder when i'm dashing out of the house every morning - don't even get me started on this slouchy leather bag, what a dream, it's got teeny tiny skulls on it too!
Anyway, you really will be spoiled for choice, i'm really impressed with the fresh new urban take on the brand, i hope you are too :)

What I wore today - Fashion Union dungaree dress

I hope you've had a lovely weekend! I've had a chilled out one, yesterday I ran a few errands, went for coffee in my favourite caffe and did a little browsing in town. Finished off the day watching the crazy yet amazing offering of Eurovision talent, lets face it its always an experience! Today I've spent the day with my little brother, he's a funny little sausage. It's some kind of miracle that I've not yet joined the dungarees hype, but here they are, in all their glory. I've opted for this dungarees dress, I thought it was too cute to miss really and can be worn a fair few ways. The denim is thick too so hold its shape really well. I'm also wearing this awesome ring from ISWAI (it starts with an idea) which is Caggie from Made in Chelsea's brand, it's adjustable so one size fits all, I love the little dangly crosses that hang off it - you can find the store here, as well as jewellery they also stock lots of cool tees and things!
I hope you like my outfit :)

New in - Bikinis

I couldn't resist showing you my new Primark bargain bikinis! I picked them up yesterday, I just wish I was going on holiday so I could properly show them off on the beach. I think my favourite is the neon one, it is SO bright, it almost hurts my eyes it's that bright, but I likeee it a lot. The left has cut out detail on the sides of the bottoms, and at the front of the top which I thought was quite pretty. Now I need a cracking tan to go with them :)

What I wore today - Fashion Union hieroglyphics dress

Ooh check this little flirty dress out, i’ve not got a printed swing dress so thought this style and gorgeous coral colour would be a nice change! I love the hieroglyphics print too, you can find it over at Fashion Union. I met my little brother at lunch today for coffee, football gossip and a bit of shopping – he’s just treated himself to an iPad mini so he was in a cheery mood, he then persuaded me to get snapchat which i just know i’ll get addicted to...let the weird photos commence! Ha! We popped into Primark, before we went in i said that i didn't want to buy anything...so obviously i came out with two bikinis...the same happened yesterday when i went to town to buy shampoo and came back with jeans - oops! I usually pop my purchases on my instagram if you fancy a nosey, i'm heidilikes :)
