Swimwear 365 stock a huge range of swimwear, clothing and accessories - so it's the ideal site for stocking up on Summer goodies if you're going away somewhere hot! Sadly, i have nothing booked, so am entering their insane competition where you can win a 48 hour trip to Ibiza, how exciting! I've never been to Ibiza, and would love to go over for some serious sunbathing, chilling and of course partying.
My 48 hour Ibiza itinerary is as follows; Jump off the plane with my number one girl, my sister, and head to the hotel where we can throw our bags down and get changed into some sassy bikinis and kimonos from Swimwear 365, spray some sun tan lotion on and head out for some sightseeing. We'd start by checking out the traditional town and some of the harbours and marinas, and then have a yummy fresh seafood lunch, finished with some ice cream and sorbet to cool off! After this we'd head to the beach for some swimming, tanning and snorkelling, before getting ready to party the night away drinking cocktails and dancing until sunrise. Day 2 we'd start with a huge breakfast, and lots of fresh water! Then we'd wake up by taking a beach yoga class, and having a fruit smoothie, before travelling to one of the small islands by boat to hopefully see some dolphins and wildlife! We'd also love to go pony trekking, go karting, and would finish off the trip with a few more cocktails and maybe a pool party before it's time to jet back.
I've selected below a few items that would be in my Ibiza suitcase, including a flattering wrap style bikini from 365 Swimwear that would look mega cute with sandals and sunglasses! For nights out i'd wear a simple, bodycon co-ord, and fringed party heels from Jeffrey Campbell. Sun cream, bright nail varnish and lip balm are my beauty essentials for a sunny trip to Ibiza, and the glow stick bracelets are too fun not to take!
Full details about how to enter the competition are here :).

The Monday Piece - Monki Tee
This week's Monday Piece
is on this slogan tee from Monki! I've been browsing the shops online and instore recently, so thought i'd pop up an outfit to include some of my fave new season pieces. The tee is only £12 so a mega bargain, the Acne leather jacket is not so cheap but pound per wear and all that - plus i can never resist their classic style and shape, and i love the silver zips and hardware that would look ideal with the Proenza Schouler cross body bag! I'm all about timeless pieces like the Topshop Leigh jeans, they're easy to wear and great for all year round, and the Casadei heels are super sassy and simple. Some nude, neutral make up would finish off the outfit, the Charlotte Tilbury lipstick needs to be mine, along with sparkly nail varnish :).

Abaday White Skirt
I hope you are having a good week so far. The weekend was spent in Birmingham, doing some shopping, having lunch and generally mooching around, i'm so excited for all the new season bits popping up in the shops! This asymmetric skirt from Abaday is easy to dress up or down, I don't have many skirts at all so it makes a nice change from my usual shorts or jeans - it stretches a little and i'd say it was true to size, delivery was only about 10 days so would recommend the site! Also i've been featured in LOOK Magazine this week which is quite exciting so please pop me a tweet to @Heidi_likes to let me know what you think :).

The Monday Piece - Wagamama Birmingham
This week's Monday Piece is on Wagamama Birmingham! I was recently given some vouchers so I could go and try some of the gluten free menu. I don't usually eat Japanese food as its so hard trying to find gluten free options, but Wagamama has lots so it's great for coeliacs like me! Lots of the noodle dishes can be customised to be gluten free, as well as the salads and rice too. I chose a rice bowl with meat and miso soup - the waitress was so helpful and new exactly what to offer me, as she explained they have separate gluten free soy sauce and marinades. So I was confident that everything would be ok with my food! I was so peckish and was a happy bunny when the food arrived in about 15 minutes, not too bad at all, and it was really hot too. My rice dish was really tasty and had lots of prawns, chicken and veg, it also came with a separate sauce to pour over it, and the miso soup too. My guest had a chicken and rice dish also, but with a light oyster sauce - it smelt to good and was really light and fresh. I had a fab time at Wagamama, plus it's super easy to get to as its in the centre of Birmingham next to the Bull Ring - I'll definitely be returning for more gluten free goodness!

Blue Crochet Shorts
I love these bright blue
crochet detail shorts, plus they match my new shoes so well! I've had a busy week and am feeling so unorganised with everything so am giving myself a kick up the butt to get stuff started again. So I'm back with an outfit post, pretty chilled really as just wearing shorts and a tee, but I do love simplicity so it's all good! At the weekend I went to a friends engagement party and celebrated with them, it was so lovely to see how happy they were, cuties! Plus I got to see my fave cheerleading babes from uni so much fun was had, dancing and drinking... I hope you like my outfit :).

The Monday Piece - Bullring Bloggers Event
This week's Monday Piece is on the amazing Bullring Bloggers Event i attended last week. The Bullring in Birmingham is one of my fave local shopping centres as they have the most awesome selection of shops, including big department stores, like Selfridges and Debenhams, that are a one stop shop for all your fashion and beauty needs! At the event we were treated to Nando's, drinks, blogger cakes and goodies, plus it was a great opportunity to chat with different brands like Karen Millen, Folli Follie, Umberto Giannini and lots of beauty brands too like Clarins, Shu Uemura and Urban Decay. There were lots of products to try and lots to learn, which is always good for someone like me who is a bit of a make up and skincare novice! It's always great seeing the local blogging girls, so i had a great night. We were treated to some fab gifts and samples to test out, so i'll be popping those up in a blog post soon :).

iPANEMA Flip Flops
iPANEMA flip flops have been everywhere
this Summer, they were one of the footbal world cup sponsors as the brand is Brazilian so have been spotted on lots of celebs too! iPANEMA celebrates the colourful, musical and exciting culture of Brazil, so you can expect various printed designs and patterns within the range. There are also other styles that are embroidered and beaded, and the beautiful Gisele Bundchen has collaborated with them too. Ideal for the sun, beach, pool and holidays iPANEMA flip flops are comfy to wear as they're quite spongy, and always look great - a little tip though, take a full size larger than you'd usually wear!

Abaday Cut Out Dress
This cut out dress from Abaday is a cutie! The hand grab feature around the middle is a fun detail, and the oversized t-shirt shape makes it comy too. The Abaday website is full of treats at such good prices, i'm impressed with the quality and the free shipping was super fast too. It's my ideal piece to throw on before heading out for a few drinks in the sun! I hope you like my outfit :).

Hairtrade
A little hair update as I've not done one for a while, featuring a favourite product of mine from Hairtrade, who's online shop is the ideal place to get all your hair essentials. From GHD tools, to hair extensions, and shampoo, the choice is enormous and they have products and accessories suitable for all hair types and styles! They also stock the big brands like Moroccan Oil, Redken and Paul Mitchell, if you're after something a bit more luxurious. I've been using this light spray oil by Wella Salon Professionals for a few months, and had recently ran out so rejoiced when Hairtrade offered to send me another bottle. I find thick oils weigh my hair down and make it quite greasy, so this is a great alternative - you spray the fine mist over your hair, smooth, and comb through and you're good to go. I find it makes my hair shiny, leaves it feeling softer, and makes it smell so good! Enriched with keratin, argan, jojoba and almond oil, the texture is really light, and leaves a non sticky, non greasy finish. Also a little goes a long way, and my previous bottle lasted a good few months, priced at £11.49 I think it's decent value for money, and can be used all year round! I've also been picking up cute scrunchies and bows recently from Claire's Accessories, just what I need to keep my hair out of my face when I'm having a lazy day!

The Monday Piece - Star Wars Vans
This week’s Monday Piece is on my new Star Wars Vans, I spotted them a while ago when they were first released and considered pre ordering them but held out and waited, then nabbed them online at Office last week as they went low stock so I panicked ha! Anyway, they’ve now been restocked in all sizes if you fancy a pair and think they’re as awesome as i do. Of course they’re not so fun to wear in, but a few blisters won’t put me off!

Simpson Shorts
These shorts are still some of my faves, despite them being a little cheeky! I wore them into town recently and had lots of lovely compliments so thought i'd wear them again as they're so much fun, was kind of tempted to go all out with the matching jumper but thought it might be a little too much! Though my love for Simpson merchandise is never ending, so i'm mega excited for the new MAC make up collection to launch - so if you see any other quirky Simpson clothing please give me a shout! This tee is a new piece, again from the Zara sale, and is slim fitting with a wrap front, i love my basics so was a no brainer really for only £7.99.

The Monday Piece - The City Rack
This week's Monday Piece is on The City Rack and this fab coral dress from their website! Orange hues are my new faves as it makes my skin look quite tan which is good!
The City Rack stock a large range of dresses and other clothes, as well as shoes and accessories, all are quite glam and ideal for events or parties. This crepe dress feels really light and is made of a soft, stretchy fabric, with a cowl neck and asymmetric design i think it's got such a classy look to it. It also comes with a waist belt, though i've not worn it in the snaps, which has a shiny gold finish. I've popped on a biker jacket too!

Zara Wrap Dress
Yep another Zara sale purchase in the form of this little wrap dress, now i am aware that it's quite short buuut it's Summer and i've been doing my squats so i think it's alright. It's slim fitting but stretchy, and i think it'd be cute dressed up with heels too, though i would add a pair of tight shorts underneath just in case! I hope you are enjoying the sweet weather, it feels like a massive treat to have such heat so i'll be making the most of it, i hope you like my outfit :).

H&M Silk Shorts
I hope you are having a good week so far! I've been fairly busy recently spending time in lots of different places enjoying the Summer! At the weekend G and I went
camping in West Wales, just outside Aberystwyth, where we both went to uni - it was lots of fun and so so nice to be back in our old stomping ground. We saw a few friendly faces and took trips to our old favourite places, the weather wasn't too great but as we were at the seaside and having fun we didn't let it ruin our trip! I'm loving my comfy casuals at the moment like these silky shorts from H&M, the slides are also from H&M and are just so comfy! I hope you like my outfit :).

The Monday Piece - LOOK Magazine for Little Mistress
This weeks Monday Piece is on LOOK Magazine for Little Mistress! The brand have recently launched their full collection in collaboration with best selling UK fashion mag LOOK Magazine, that offers a selection of beautiful occasion dresses and jumpsuits. All pieces are so pretty and flattering, with a real feminine feel that are classics with a twist! This tomato red embroidered dress is my top choice from the collection, it also comes in a royal blue, as I love the sheer chest and sleeve detail and fitted shape. Now then, I have customised the dress slightly by wondawebbing the bottom to make it a bit shorter, because I'm petite it suits my style a little better - so normally the dress is a little longer than this! I would recommend going down a size as I find Little Mistress to come up quite big, I didn't however and it still fits well, I love the style and it really is ideal for a few parties I've got coming up!
