The Monday Piece - Allumer Jewellery and WIN

This week's Monday Piece is on Allumer Jewellery! I love dainty, delicate jewellery, as it's much more understated and 'pretty' so i've fallen head over heels for this bell necklace by Allumer - Allumer translates from French, meaning to 'light up' and that's so apt for the brand and their pieces. They make personal, customisable jewellery, including necklaces, earrings and bracelets - the colours of the pendants and chains can be mixed and matched, and all of the pieces are designed to be worn together so can be stacked up or worn alone for a subtle look. I chose a rose gold chain and a bright pink metallic bell from the Allumette Bell necklace collection. There are so many variations to choose from, and i love that the bell actually 'dingles' a little! Allumer are currently running an Easter competition where you can win your own Allumette Bell necklace, full details can be found here, it's super easy to enter as all you have to do is find the #basketofbells by spying out clues on the Allumer social media pages - check out their Twitter for tips @allumerjewelry - Spotted on celebs like Kate Moss the brand are gaining an impressive celebrity and press following as Allumer have also been featured in Grazia, Elle and Vogue, it's no surprise though as the jewellery is fab quality and is SO charming! It even came in a tiny box with miniature shredded paper - adorable!

The Monday Piece - Watch List

This week's Monday Piece is on my Watch List! I've been after a new watch for a while, so thought i'd share which styles have caught my eye. There's some fairly swish snazzy styles below, and also some simple and classic ones - Olivia Burton and Daniel Wellington are two of my favourite watch designers as they're sleek, classy and understated which i like as i'm not into mega over the top styles or glitzy designs - their prices are also extremely reasonable starting at around £45 for Olivia Burton, and £120 for Daniel Wellington. The Larsson and Jennings black suede and gold style is kind of different and a little quirky, and i love the Emporio Armani navy textured leather and gold watch! It's likely i'll procrastinate for a little longer as to which is my number one choice - there's just so much choice!

The Monday Piece - Dinner at Bodega

This week's Monday Piece is on dinner at Bodega! I can't figure out my new iPhone and how to do blog stuff via that so i've only been able to upload one picture,,,poor effort i know ha! Anyway so i popped over to Bodega in Worcester on Thursday to visit my sister and have some tea. I went to he launch party and thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails, and had been meaning to try out the food so made time to do it! The gluten free choice is impressive, so i ended up picking off quite a bit from the menu - i chose sweet potato fries, frijoles refied beans, chorizo and peppers, and the lime rice. It was SO good and the prices are really reasonable, the beans were my favourite as they were quite spicy and just to my taste. I love Mexican food, and this is some of the best i've tried. The burrito's and nachos are meant to be yummy too, so definitely check it out if you like a bit of spice!

The Monday Piece - Benefit Rollerlash

This week's Monday Piece is on Benefit Rollerlash mascara! A few weeks ago i received the sweetest surprise from Benefit - a pink vanity make up case filled with some super cute treats to celebrate the launch of their fab new mascara, Rollerlash! Benefit make up has always been a favourite of myself and my sister too, the girly packaging and great quality products are too hard to resist - i'm a big fan of their 'They're Real' mascara as it's thick, luscious and gives insane results - so was keen to try the new Rollerlash to see how it compared! The brush is slightly curved, making application easier as it forms to the shape of your lashes, i loved the clean and not too sticky formula and that it glided on without clogging - it feels really lightweight and looks and feels fresh which is ideal for the day time, and will be great in the Summer. The 'Hook 'n' Roll' brush has been in development for years at Benefit HQ, and you can really tell, as it lifts the lashes, giving a fluttery, long lash result. Available in store at Boots, Debenhams, John Lewis and online at Look Fantastic and Feel Unique, as well as lots of other places - i recommend Rollerlash and will be purchasing in the future!
