The Monday Piece - Damart Thermal Fitness Wear

This week's Monday Piece is on Damart Thermal Fitness Wear! There is no doubt it has gone oh so cold in the UK, but i don't let that stop me from heading out and about for a walk, run, or to the gym, and with the new range of thermal Damart fitness wear i can remain warm and comfortable whilst doing so. These second skin running tights are nice and thick and lined with a lightweight super soft fabric so they don't cling to you but sit against the skin holding in the warmth, they are so comfy and ideal for wearing alone or underneath trousers for when it's extra cold! I love the black and pink design as they're not too bright but still feminine, plus the beautiful Gigi Hadid was seen in an almost identical pair!

The leopard print thermal top is so much fun and a great fabric and print, again it can be worn alone or layered like i'm doing - i often think thermals can be a bit stuffy or overly tight but this is absolutely ideal for keeping warm and fits really well, i've been wearing it underneath all of my work tops as the office always gets chilly! I've worn over the top my new Zoe Karssen hoodie that i've been throwing on with pretty much everything, and of course some Nike kicks! I recommend you invest in some thermals as that extra layer makes all the difference, also Damart have more cool fitness pieces and leggings here.

The Monday Piece - Longer Lengths

This week's Monday Piece is on longer lengths! Nick and i went to Berlin last weekend to enjoy lots of German history, food and culture (picture post coming soon!), and the girls over there were all wearing super longer length coats that looked amazing, so it inspired me to get my favourite long length sleeveless coat out from Marks & Spencer! The Monday Piece - Charlotte Simone Fur Scarf

This week's Monday Piece is on this Charlotte Simone fur scarf! I've kept a keen eye on Charlotte Simone pieces as she makes the most fun and fluffy scarves, hats and accessories, in tonnes of different colours and have been spotted on celebs and babes everywhere! With the January sales i thought it was the right time to purchase one of her cool pieces, so i picked this fur hooded scarf - it can be worn as a scarf in multiple ways, as a cape, and as a hood too, i love it and it is SO soft and snug! The problem is...is that now i want more of her amazing stuff...especially this sass cap that i'm obsessed with, it's awesome!

Zara Asymmetric Top

My Mum, myself, Nick, and brother Ned, took a little trip over to Shropshire last week to take my Nanna iPad shopping! She is so fantastic and amazing, and wanted an upgrade on her current tablet so we sorted her out with something snazzy so she can play Candy Crush and chat on facebook. We had a lovely day and did a little shopping too so i took advantage of the Zara sale and snapped up some bits, including this long sleeved asymmetric style top. It splits up the front and is a little longer in length so it's a little different to my other well loved asymmetric pieces! And the best bit is that it was only £5.99!
Like most people I'll be trying my hardest to maintain a healthy lifestyle this year, I've done really well over the past 12 months and have kept up going to the gym and eating well. I don't really need an excuse to buy new fitness wear and cute bits for the gym, but as its a new year and all then I may as well treat myself! I'm coveting some jazzy workout leggings and the Glorious leggings from Lole Women here are ideal!

The Monday Piece - Winter Favourites

This week's Monday Piece is on winter favourites! I have a few pieces that i can always rely on, if i'm not sure what to wear or what looks half decent, i always go back to my winter favourites - i've had this leather jacket years and it's ideal to chuck on and go, i've been looking for an upgrade and so far All Saints are coming top of the list, their leather is so good! These booties from Dune have been reworn lots so far too, i had no idea how versatile they are and although they're not always practical, they definitely have the sass factor!

New Look Sale Bits

New Look is somewhere i've shopped since i was a teen, though recently i don't tend to pop in as often as i used to, however work gave me a voucher for Christmas so it was the ideal excuse to have a look at their sale. Trudging through town and rummaging through the sale rail can be pretty brutal so instead i shopped it whilst chilling on my phone - i picked up these fab suede western style fringed boots for £27.00 which were less than half price - i'm always keen to avoid faux suede or faux leather when buying shoes as i think real leather looks and lasts much better, so these were a great price! Also this wrap style white shirt which was also in the sale! As always the festivities have gone super fast, i've enjoyed my time off spending time with Nick, visiting family, going on shopping trips and days out. Back to my routine tomorrow, working out and working!
