This week's Monday Piece is on Zizzis gluten free pizza! I'm a huge pizza girl and absolutely love trying out all forms of GF dough - I often head to chain eateries like Pizza Express or Domino's as they often have the biggest choice for coeliac like moi however I think Zizzis is my personal number one GF pizza. They do an American hot with spicy nduja sausage which is an absolute treat for the mouth, it's so melty and delicious! I met my sister on Friday so we had some lunch in Zizzis Worcester, we've had so much rain the past week so I felt like I needed a naughty, cosy meal ready for the weekend :).

The Monday Piece - Back at Uni
This week's Monday Piece is on back at uni! One of the main reasons for coming back to the UK from overseas was to try and further both of our education's. As i'd been enjoying teaching so much in Japan I wanted to explore it further so am currently on my PGCE year at Worcester University - I'm doing history so it's fairly intense but i'm enjoying the challenge thus far! We've been doing historical treasure hunts and other creative things as well as the usual curriculum study and pedagogy so it's been a fun mix. I've added a couple of snaps below!

The Monday Piece - Cloudy Tenby Views
This week's Monday Piece is on cloudy Tenby views! This weekend Nick and I took a trip to Tenby in Wales to support my mum in her IronMan event - she absolutely smashed it so we all had a great time. The weather on Saturday was super bright and fresh but on Sunday it was a little more overcast. I always love the seaside though regardless of the weather, so we still made the most of it by walking and grabbing some fish and chips :).

The Monday Piece - Malvern Hills Views
This week's Monday Piece is on Malvern Hills views! Yesterday my family and I took a walk up the Malvern Hills to make the most of the beautiful sunshine - we can walk to the Beacon from the middle of town so it's really convenient. Depending on what part of the hills you want to walk to and where from, you can walk from around 20 minutes or up to a few hours - there are so many different routes and apps available to help you decide too. The Malvern Hills at si beautiful and fresh air and exercise is always fantastic, so I definitely recommend it :).

The Monday Piece - Italy Food August 2019
This week's Monday Piece is on Italy food August 2019! Italy is one of THE best countries for gluten free food so whenever I'm there I make a point of eating as much as possible. Of course Italy is famous for its pasta and pizza so I indulged on all of the tastiness in the form of a carbonara pizza, truffle pasta, and lots of ice cold, creamy gelato :).
