Lazy Dogz are a a British brand who sell luxury, high quality lounge footwear like fluffy suede moccasins and sheepskin slippers all focusing on mans best friend - dogs! The designs are fun and fresh, even including pugs, poodles and dachshunds so if you're a pooch lover then they'll be right up your street! They also feature lots of classic designs too and do men's as well as women's that would make the cutest his and hers Christmas present! If I didn't love Lazy Dogz enough already, this Christmas they are supporting Manchester Dog's Home as they continue to recover from last year's tragic fire. For every pair of Lazy Dogz slippers sold up until Christmas Eve 2016 they will donate £1 to their cause - because every dog deserves a chance!

The ultra plush Lazy Dogz Gracie glitter slippers arrived in a branded box, complete with ribbon and gift tag, making it ideal for a treat or special Chsristmas Present - I love the luxurious feel and look to the packaging, making it feel that bit more 'special'. I couldn't wait to wear them and slip my feet into the soft sheepskin, they are mega soft and the glitter finish is so sparkly too - they are definitely the comfiest slippers I've ever had, and they are so warm due to the natural sheepskin interior. The soles also feature Lazy Dogz branding and are tough and durable, which is great for me as I'm always off outside to greet people or fetching laundry! So they're practical as well as super pretty and warm, it's amazing how happy a pair of cosy slippers can make you after a long day.

The Monday Piece - RoseGal Camel Coat

This week's Monday Piece is on RoseGal camel coat! I've been after a full length camel coloured coat for so long and found this one via RoseGal which is my top site for winter bargains at the moment! The slim fit is ultra sleek and ideal for a bit of Winter tailoring, I wore it at the weekend for a day of shopping in Cheltenham and it kept me nice and warm whilst looking smart too! The fabric is firm but has a really soft texture so it feels nice and cosy which I love, plus the caramel colour is fab for adding another neutral to my classic black and white pieces.

It was my birthday last week so I've been super busy seeing all of my loved ones, eating tonnes of naughty birthday food, shopping in Bicester village and relaxing! I was treated to this Furla bag, my new love - with black leather, gold studs, and a gold chain, it's blingy and i adore it. It's so cute and can be worn with everything, i'm always a sucker for a gorgeous Italian bag. Last night Nick and I entertained my Mum, sister and brother so we cooked up a feast and chatted all evening, it was great to celebrate all together!

The Monday Piece - RoseGal Studded Shoes

This week's Monday Piece is on RoseGal studded shoes! I wore this outfit at the weekend for lunch out in the countryside and visiting family, i picked up the t-shirt and leather trousers from the Zara in Hong Kong, always looking for new grunge pieces to add to my collection! Friday night we got the train to Birmingham for the Behind The Curtain film festival event - there was Eastern European music, art and film snippets so it was a fun evening filled with culture and lots of interesting people. Before heading back to Malvern we grabbed a Nando's which was tasty as ever and a peppermint tea to warm us up!
These awesome pointed boots with studs are from RoseGal, i've been wearing them with these leather trousers as well as my skinny jeans - the fit is great and i love the chunky heel as they're ideal for running around town in, plus they're mega comfy too!

Grey Fur Gilet

Another super cosy autumnal oufit! Yesterday we popped over to Ledbury to grab a quick coffee before heading on over to Hereford for an afternoon of shopping and lunching - we went to ASK for gluten free pasta which was okayyyy but nothing mind blowing. It's so frustrating being coeliac but more restaurants are catering for gluten free foodies like me which is great, but i find that chain restaurants offer pretty basic gluten free options which aren't usually that tasy, and when the 'normal' food comes out it looks SO much more tasty and nourishing than the gluten free version which makes no sense at all! If you know of any great gluten free eateries then please let me know as i'm always looking for new places to try! Besides the basic food we had a fab afternoon with Nick's Mum and i did lots of browsing in preparation for Christmas shopping in a few weeks.

I wore this outfit to keep me ultra warm and cosy, i'm all about cosy pieces and warm knitwear for layering - the gilet is so soft and the elephant grey colour is so pretty, i picked it up from Hong Kong as i couldn't resist it! I've worn it with my Boohoo shirt and J Brand jeans, plus my Dune over the knee suede boots that i've bought out of hibernation that are great for smartening up an outfit. You can get a similar version of this jacket from StyleWe.com plus they have so many cosy winter pieces! Today we've been running errands and doing our usual Sunday stuff, the weekend goes by far too fast!

The Monday Piece - Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car

This week's Monday Piece is on Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car! I thought this would be the ideal post to kick start my Hong Kong diary, as it was one of our most enjoyable days! We had done lots of research before we arrived in Hong Kong, and planned out everything we wanted to see and do as we wanted to cram as much in as possible - this was actually one of our most wanted things that we wanted to do, Ngong Ping 360 cable car is a huge stretch of cable car stretching from the bottom of Lantau Island, Tung Chung, to the top, Ngong Ping nestled in the mountains.

We took a crystal cabin from the start point right up to the top of the mountains, the crystal cabin was amazing as the floor is glass so you get to see the whole island from 360 degrees for the full 5.7km journey - everywhere you turn there are breathtaking views and things to see - we travelled over the sea, roads and lush forest, it was incredible and so exciting getting to see Lantau Island in all of it's glory including views of the giant Tian Tan Buddha Statue and South China Sea, as well as Hong Kong itself. The cable car is really sturdy so doesn't wobble, we stood up in ours as well as sitting down and felt safe and sound, it was so beautiful and inspiring!

When we got to the Ngong Ping Village we were greeted with plush green views and could spot the giant Buddha and stunning Buddhist Po Lin Monastery as soon as we got off the cable car. We took the steps up to the Tian Tan Buddha and explored the area, it was so majestic and even bigger than we anticipated, the bronze statue is the major centre for Buddhism in Hong Kong so it was a really touching experience. We then explored the rest of the village, we visited the monasteries which were so beautifully designed, and spent time in the incense gardens where there were wishing wells, monks, and worshippers. It was unbelievably peaceful and relaxing, just being at Ngong Ping gave us a real harmonious vibe, it was a time for reflection and learning - it was awesome!

There are lots of eateries so we stopped for a bite to eat to refuel before our trip down the mountain in the cable car, we also did a little souvenir shopping where we bought some gifts and traditional pieces to bring back with us. The trip back down was just as inspiring and beautiful, with views for miles and a contrast between the ultra modern and older more traditional way of life, it was incredibly insightful, we took lots of photos to document our amazing day at Ngong Ping 360 so take a look below - this was one of our best experiences, if you are ever in Hong Kong you must make time to go to Lantau Island and take the cable car, it's literally jaw droppingly good!

Irisie Fur Bomber Jacket

It has gone so chilly this last week, so this faux fur bomber jacket from Irisie has come just in time to keep me warm! I love the black and white style, it makes me look like a panda which i love, it's so much fun whilst being so cosy so i love it! I wore this outfit into town yesterday for a chilled afternoon, we grabbed an afternoon tea at our favourite tea rooms, did a little mooching then went to the fireworks last night with my Mum for Bonfire Night which is one of my favourite nights of the year - we all wrapped up super snug and had sparklers too! I wore the panda jacket with a star print bodysuit from Boohoo, ripped jeans and my new monster backpack/handbag that i picked up at a Hong Kong market, i also bought the cutest Karl Lagerfeld bag charm too which i've been hanging from everything, it's adorable. Definitely check out the Irisie website, they have lots of cosy jackets like this one and they have fab bargains too, as it's Asian sizing i recommend always sizing up to get the best fit :).

Autumn Winter 2016 Textures

I am loving all of the amazing textures the Autumn/Winter collections have to offer - i'm mad for anything a bit different or jazzy so it's right up my street, meaning i've been browsing all of my favourite sites and magazines saving my top picks! The jackets are seriously catching my eye (spoiler alert whilst in Hong Kong i snapped up the Zara black shearling biker jacket below!), the Gucci printed jacket is unreal, it's out of my price range so i'm waiting for our awesome high street to come up with the goods in the form of a decent dupe! Velvet is so luscious and luxurious, plus it looks so plush, the little bralette would look great with jeans and a leather jacket, or under a button down shirt...it's so versatile, i adore this Topshop version.

Textured shoes and boots are also super hot, whether they're smooth suede, embroidered, or printed styles like the star booties below, they definitely add something extra to an outfit and look awesome - i'm spying on a tonne of styles available online and on the high street, from classic ankle boots to knee high glitter stretch styles, i just can't get enough of footwear! I've also included some classic accessories, a simple fedora and oversized cat eye sunglasses finish off a look and can be worn with all kinds of different outfits.

Are you a fan of texture and embroidery?
