The Monday Piece - Paella With a View

This week's Monday Piece is on paella with a view! Dinner at this gorgeous little paella spot in a back street of Palma was a holiday highlight. It's the only thing on the menu and is served by the sweetest local family who, of course, have the most delicious, fresh, natural recipe. The fish was a sensation and the rice was fragrant and creamy - the view in the square was so pretty too, the orange trees are a vision :).
