The Monday Piece - Mom jeans

This weeks Monday Piece is on the 'Mom' jeans - a bit of a funny one as they are massively 90's, which to me is amazing and very nostalgic as i can remember my Mum looking fabulous in a nearly identical pair, but others may not be such a fan. They have made a massive comeback and are getting more popular as Summer gets closer, personally i think they look cute and cool on all shapes of women, they give you curves and sit above the hips with a loose fit leg. This pair are Glamorous from Fashion Union and have a distressed look and feel to them, i thought it would be nice to jazz them up a little with my sparkly Primark heeled sandals and a tucked in body suit - i might even brave them with a proper crop top, though i will have to hula hoop a lot to get a slimmer tummy! I've also tried them with some trainers and an oversized tee (lazy girl fashion at it's best!), they're definitely a new wardrobe staple :)

    I envy your great figure to be able to pull off such a cute relaxed look. I think if I was in mum's jeans I'd probably realy end up looking floppy haha :)

    I can't remember my mum rocking a pair but I had a pair similar to this. I love s good pair of comfortable high waisted trousers.
