What I wore today - Extreme neon top

This top is SO neon, honestly it's like a highlighter pen - i bought it in the Zara sale and as you may know (if you go in store too often like me) it's kind of weird, dimmed lighting in the changing rooms, so i tried it on and thought yeaaa i can make this work, it's not THAT bright...took it home to realise it was uber fluorescent and that it genuinely pains my eyes, not only that but it's also see through. Oops. It's ok though, i like it, the shape is great for me as it's pretty much a square with a slightly jagged hem, baggy tops are my weakness. My hair is all over the place today, thinking i look a little like a member of Hanson, haha!
Do you think this top is too bright?!
