The Monday Piece - Paella With a View

This week's Monday Piece is on paella with a view! Dinner at this gorgeous little paella spot in a back street of Palma was a holiday highlight. It's the only thing on the menu and is served by the sweetest local family who, of course, have the most delicious, fresh, natural recipe. The fish was a sensation and the rice was fragrant and creamy - the view in the square was so pretty too, the orange trees are a vision :).

This week's Monday Piece os on May 4th 2022! This unofficial Star wars day lights up my May each year, the fun gifts that are available this year are ideal for big fans like me. The terrarium and decanter are useable but also so cool and the best kind of conversation piece :)!
