Hidden Fashion Sequin Dress

I hope you're having a good week so far. I love wearing sassy party dresses this time of year, but it's fairly chilly so layering a roll neck jumper underneath is the practical choice! This sequin cami dress from Hidden Fashion is super sparkly, i love the low back and thin straps and the sequins are little flowers which are cute. What I Wore Today - Red fluffy jumper

I hope you're enjoying the weekend! I went out on Friday night into Worcester which was an eye opening experience, I only had a few drinks though as I'm not a big drinker but it was still a good laugh. Yesterday we popped over to a countryside cafe just down the road from us, we chilled out and drank tea and fed the farm animals like goats, alpaca and chickens - so cuteeee! After we had some food in Nandos, I can't get enough of their extra hot sauce!
My love for all things cosy continues, I recently bought this jumper in the Oh My Love sale for £10 - the website said it was hot pink, but I think it's more red which i like! It is SO fluffy and soft, and great for just wearing with skinny jeans. I find their sizes run small, so I went up a size and got a medium, comfort is key.

The Monday Piece - Boutique Princess

This week's Monday Piece is on Boutique Princess, an online store that opened in 2012 who offer a selection of dresses and statement jewellery, designed to make you feel amazing. This is a concept i can relate too, most girls want to put on a dress and feel super sassy! There are lots of familiar brands on the website, with different styles of dresses too - maxis, minis and midis. Boutique Princess is part of the Boutique 77 family, a London based retail company with over 20 years experience in the fashion industry. This little navy dress with lace panels has just the right amount of detail, without being OTT, and of course the swing style is right up my street!

Choies pink neoprene dress

Pink is everywhere at the moment, which is good for me because I can't get enough of it! Baby pink, bright pink, purple pink, any shade of pink I think is girly and cute! Dressing up in this Choies pink neoprene dress today, it's quite thick material and really well structured, good for swishing and twirling around in. I don't have many strappy or dainty shoes so these heeled sandals have been worn lots recently, I'd like a plain black suede pair with a blocky heel next. This awesome lion head necklace is from Claire's Accessories, the king of jewellery shops! Yesterday we went to Cheltenham, the shops were so good and I wanted everything but came back with nothing as we didn't have that much time, there's some lovely boutiques there selling Wildfox, Minkpink, and designer brands like Paul Smith and Vivienne Westwood - so there's always lots to feast my eyes on and temp me! What I wore today - Becksondergaard scarf

Feeling a bit more colourful today with some awesome accessories. This super soft Becksondergaard scarf is an exclusive to The Dressing Room, the purple and mint colours are fab for autumn and it's big too so can be wrapped/thrown/snuggled around the neck - love it! I don't think i could ever have too many pairs of black skinny jeans ar simple tees, they're some of the most worn items in my wardrobe so i'm always thinking how i can brighten them up a little - this scarf and pink bag are doing a great job!  No hat today as i wear my fedora allllll the time, so i'm looking for another, maybe a charcoal grey bowler hat, and it's almost beanie season, hooray! :).

Traffic People

I hope you're enjoying the week. I wore this dress a few days ago with some black boots and a fedora but the snaps turned out rubbish so i've redone them and styled it slightly differently to make it a bit more dressy. The dress is from Traffic People and came wrapped in shiny baby pink packaging, with little cartoony labels which was just so cute and girly! It fits so well, and it has a tiny crochet/knitted pattern, it pulls in at the waist and the bottom is floaty, with bell bottom sleeves - it's an easy style to wear and a great dress to dress up or dress down. I've styled it really simply, with some strappy heels and a little necklace. Traffic People make very pretty, girly, feminine clothes - the new A/W range features lots of frills and fluffy things, there's an amazing pink furry coat i've got my eye on, you can check out the website here.

Chi Chi Dionis dress

I hope you had a fab weekend, i've been waiting for the sun to shine to wear this dress...but it's not happening so thought i'd show you anyway! This dress is SO glamorous and sassy i just couldn't resist. It would be even better if i was strolling across a beach somewhere exotic, dipping my tootsies into the sea with a cocktail in hand! The multicolour ombre effect is so bright and Summery, i've styled it with a little necklace and some strappy jewelled sandals. Chi Chi have a great selection of glam, fab dresses if you're after an occasion dress, or an awesome holiday dress like this one!

What I wore today - H&M flared trousers

I don't usually wear flared/palazzo style trousers as I'm a shorty, however I saw this H&M pair whilst shopping for a few Summer bits and thought the print was a bit different so tried them on hoping for the best - I'm so pleased I did as they feel so so nice and are really light so great for warm days. I think flared trousers are getting popular again as I've seen similar styles in other high street shops, they did feel odd at first as I'm used to wearing tight or slim legged trousers but I've been converted, especially as this pair are high waisted. I'm now after a pair of uber tight jeans with an extreme bell bottom! This tops also from H&M, it's part of the New Icons range which is essentially a load of black ad white 'classic' stuff, right up my street. It's a bit of a bargain outfit really, the trousers were £14.99, top £6.99, shoes £14.00 and necklace £2.50 - being a savvy shopper is a must when you buy as many clothes as I do, haha!
